NRDC was Cause Cabaret's third event. The event was hosted at the Backdoor Theatre in collaboration with Fuse Theatre Ensemble. It raised $1805 and kickstarted Cause Cabaret's "post"-pandemic efforts.

The event will hosted comedians, singers, and dancers. Performers include Portland's funniest people 2019 and 2022, Adam Pasi and Bryan Bixby,  Drammy winner, James Sharinghousen, and many more! It included raffle items from local vendors who are dedicated to renewable resources and promoting practices to help save the planet. 

​

The event benefitted the Natural Resources Defense Council. The NRDC works to safeguard the earth — its people, its plants and animals, and the natural systems on which all life depends. They combine the power of more than three million members and online activists with the expertise of some 700 scientists, lawyers, and policy advocates across the globe to ensure the rights of all people to the air, the water, and the wild.
